Our Story
From the trades to white-glove building
After serving in the military, Jarom spent years working in the trades — including trim carpentry, excavation, and land development — before moving into construction management, where he developed and oversaw new construction and remodeling projects. That experience laid the foundation for what Bridgewater has become.
At Bridgewater, we build homes that match the level at which you live — from full home remodels to additions and custom homes. We focus on pre-construction planning, systems, and processes to provide a white-glove service.
We operate closely with trusted designers, architects, and skilled trade partners to ensure every home is intentional, refined, and executed at a high level. Based in St. George, we serve homeowners across Washington County who expect transparency, craftsmanship, and an owner who stays involved from consultation through handoff.
